Introduction and Acceptance

Eligibility Requirements

Providing false information — including a false date of birth or a name that does not match your national ID — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Registration and Security

• 3.1 Registration Data — You must provide a valid mobile number at registration. This number serves as your primary account identifier and withdrawal destination. The number registered must belong to you and be actively in your possession.
• 3.2 Credential Security — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk399 login credentials. bk399 will never ask for your password through any channel. Any account activity conducted using your credentials is your sole responsibility until you notify bk399 of a compromise.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• 4.1 Minimum Deposit — The minimum deposit on bk399 is ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited. bk399 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• 4.2 Deposit Verification — Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bk399 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a method that does not match the account holder's registered name, bk399 may hold those funds pending KYC verification or return them to the source.
• 4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility — Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or the method registered at KYC verification. A minimum of one qualifying deposit must have been made before a withdrawal can be requested. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• 4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time — Standard withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside standard hours or during peak periods may take longer. bk399 is not liable for delays caused by the player's mobile banking provider.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• 5.1 Wagering Requirements — All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stipulated time window will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• 5.2 One Welcome Bonus Per Player — The welcome bonus is available only once per player, per household, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim it more than once — through multiple accounts, different phone numbers, or any other method — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential suspension of all associated accounts.

• 7.2 Collusion and Chip Dumping — Any form of collusion between players — including coordinated multi-account play, chip dumping at live table games, or sharing insider information relating to live game outcomes — is prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds held.

• 12.1 Breach of Terms — Any material breach of these Terms — including providing false registration information, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraud, or prohibited conduct — will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation and may lead to permanent termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of suspension.
• 12.2 Player-Requested Closure — You may request account closure at any time by contacting bk399 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance not subject to active wagering requirements or investigation holds will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• 12.3 Regulatory or Legal Requirement — bk399 may be required to suspend or terminate an account to comply with a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request. In such cases, bk399 will act in accordance with its legal obligations and may not be able to provide specific reasons for the action taken.
